What to expect in sessions
Therapy from a non-judgmental space, you can openly share what you’re going through and develop effective techniques to confront traumas and overcome limiting beliefs.
Sessions are 50 minutes long and held one-on-one on a weekly basis. We begin with weekly sessions to build momentum in reducing anxiety and working towards a mind at peace.
